On November 14th, the Switchoff Project marked its final milestone with a successful conference held in Lodz, Poland. Organized by the project leader, The University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (AHE), and all the partner organizations, this event brought together experts and thought leaders from across Europe to discuss the future of remote work and its impact on mental health and productivity.
The conference, which was both in-person and virtual, was an amazing opportunity to present the outputs of the Switchoff project, including the innovative e-learning platform developed to empower remote workers with the tools to manage work-life balance and mental well-being.
